Guest Experience Host – Food & BeverageLego Discovery Center Washington DC Help Create Unforgettable Dining Experiences!

Do you love working with people, staying active, and being part of a fun, fast-paced team? Join us as a Food & Beverage Guest Experience Host and help create magical moments for guests every day!

What You'll Do

Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently

Refill water, napkins, condiments, and dining essentials

Deliver food orders and assist servers when needed

Keep dining areas clean, organized, and guest-ready

Provide friendly, exceptional service to every guest

Support special events and multiple dining locations as needed

‍‍‍ Create memorable experiences for families and children

Work alongside an amazing team to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Stay informed on restaurant hours, menus, promotions, and special events

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health & safety standards

About You

  • 6–12 months of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service is a magical bonus!

  • Restaurant or hospitality experience preferred (but not required!)

    High School Diploma or GED preferred

    Food Safety Certification preferred, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire

  • Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality that lights up the room.

  • Great communication, listening, and people-boosting skills.

  • Self-motivated and ready to shine—solo or with the team.

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

    Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation

    Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

    Able to work in busy, energetic environments with varying noise leve

  • Super flexible—able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events!
