• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or medical conditions to assess their physical therapy needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that encompass various therapeutic techniques including exercise regimens, manual therapy, and the use of specialized equipment.
• Implement treatment strategies aimed at reducing pain, improving mobility, and enhancing overall physical function.
• Regularly document patient progress, maintaining accurate records of treatments, responses, and outcomes.
• Modify treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and patient feedback to ensure the best therapeutic outcomes.
• Provide education and training on the use of assistive devices, ensuring patients and their families are well-equipped for self-care after therapy.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, pursuing further education, and networking within professional organizations.

Our clientele ranges from children to adults, encompassing a wide array of diagnoses, including musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, neurological disorders, and degenerative conditions. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in guiding patients through their rehabilitation journeys, promoting not only recovery but also long-term health and wellness.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field is required.
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy is mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with other healthcare professionals and for patient education.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, especially for documentation and patient management software.
• A flexible approach to work and adaptability to changing patient needs and therapeutic environments.

• While prior work experience is not strictly required, candidates with experience in outpatient settings or rehabilitation facilities will be valued.
• Hands-on experience with various physical therapy modalities, including exercise prescription, manual therapy techniques, and use of assistive devices.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 yearly, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
