Job Summary
A Legal Administrative Assistant opportunity is available in West Palm Beach, FL for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys keeping an office organized, responsive, and running smoothly. This temp-to-hire role is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience who wants to support a busy legal services environment without needing experience in a specific area of law.
This is a small, family-oriented office where teamwork, reliability, and a helpful attitude are highly valued. The Legal Administrative Assistant will play an important role in reducing administrative pressure on the legal team by handling front desk support, office coordination, document tasks, calendar management, and general day-to-day needs. Over time, the role may offer opportunities to take on more substantive legal support responsibilities for someone interested in growing within the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide front desk and administrative support, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and assisting with general office needs.
- Handle copying, scanning, filing, document organization, and related legal office support tasks.
- Manage calendars, scheduling, time-off coverage coordination, and other internal office logistics.
- Maintain office supplies, support basic technology coordination, and help ensure the office operates efficiently.
- Assist with small-office culture and team support needs, including birthday orders, holiday party coordination, and other special office activities.

Compensation and Benefits
