What is a legal support specialist?

A Legal Support Specialist is a professional who provides administrative and clerical assistance to lawyers, paralegals, and legal teams within law firms, corporate legal departments, or government agencies. Their duties often include preparing legal documents, managing case files, conducting research, and handling correspondence. They play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of legal processes by supporting attorneys and ensuring all documentation and deadlines are accurately maintained.
