Legal Operations & Support Manager


A prestigious Denver law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Operations & Support Manager to lead and develop a team of approximately 11 legal support professionals. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on workflow optimization, training, service excellence, and partnering with attorneys and firm leadership to ensure efficient, high-quality legal support.


Key Responsibilities


Lead, coach, and develop legal support teams while driving efficiency and consistent service delivery.

Evaluate workflows, processes, technology, and resource allocation to improve productivity.

Partner with attorneys, Office Managers, and HR on staffing, performance management, and employee relations.

Identify training needs and ensure teams have the tools and skills necessary to succeed.

Help implement process and technology improvements across legal support functions.

Serve as a collaborative resource to attorneys and firm leadership.


Qualifications


8+ years of legal assistant/legal support experience required.

4+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Experience managing legal support teams in a teaming/pooling environment a plus.

Strong knowledge of legal workflows, court rules, technology, and process improvement.

Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Experience with iManage, Intapp, Emburse, CourtAlert, or similar platforms is a plus.

• Familiarity with legal technology tools such as iManage, Intapp, Emburse, CourtAlert, or similar platforms is highly valued.
• Experience working in a shared services, pooled support, or team-based legal support model is an advantage.
