Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Receptionist/Legal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be proficient in various office software, and have experience managing front desk responsibilities.


Duties

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, directing them to the appropriate personnel
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, handling incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Support office management functions
  • Track deadlines and manage task lists
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and workflow.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications for various administrative tasks.


Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a law office preferred (1–2 years minimum)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and legal software
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures is a plus
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are required.
