Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Project Manager to lead the execution and coordination of Procurement's Grants & Loans compliance initiatives. This role is responsible for managing compliance-related projects, driving cross-functional collaboration, monitoring project milestones, and ensuring all required documentation, certifications, and regulatory deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.

The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills with experience supporting procurement, grants, regulatory compliance, supplier documentation, or federally funded programs.

Primary Responsibilities


  • Lead the day-to-day execution of Procurement Grants & Loans compliance projects.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and compliance schedules.
  • Coordinate activities across Procurement, Sourcing, Legal, Project Management, Contract Management, Finance, and external suppliers.
  • Drive completion of BABA and other supplier certification requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify compliance risks, documentation gaps, and outstanding action items.
  • Ensure procurement documentation remains complete, organized, and audit-ready.
  • Track CPA requirements, documentation retention, and regulatory deliverables.
  • Manage supplier certifications and required procurement records throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain compliance dashboards, reporting metrics, trackers, and project status reports.
  • Support internal and external audits, agency reviews, and regulatory requests.
  • Develop and improve compliance procedures, templates, and standard operating processes.
  • Facilitate meetings, communicate project status, and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.

  • Experience managing compliance, procurement, grants, or regulatory projects.
  • Strong understanding of procurement documentation and contract administration.
  • Experience supporting federally funded projects and grant compliance.
  • Excellent project planning, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
