Now Hiring: Project Manager I / II

Hybrid | Tuesday–Thursday Onsite


We're seeking a Project Manager I / II to support a portfolio of capital projects in the electrical transmission utility industry. While prior electrical utility experience is highly preferred, candidates with strong project management fundamentals and a willingness to learn will also be considered.

In this role, you'll lead or support projects from development through execution, coordinating cross-functional teams while ensuring projects stay on track for scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and stakeholder expectations. You'll serve as the central point of coordination across engineering, construction, supply chain, legal, operations, environmental, regulatory, and other business groups.


We're looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced managing projects and coordinating cross-functional teams
  • Able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment


Qualifications:

  • Project Manager I: Associate's degree with 2+ years of related project experience, or High School/GED with 5+ years of related experience.
  • Project Manager II: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related project experience, or High School/GED with 9+ years of related experience.

Preferred experience includes project planning, scheduling, cost controls, risk management, construction management, and utility or infrastructure projects. PMP, CAPM, or other project management certifications are a plus.
