Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Legal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative and case support to our legal staff and contribute to the efficient operation of the legal department.
Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents under attorney supervision
  • Assist in case preparation across practice areas 
  • Manage and organize case files and legal documentation using document management systems
  • Perform administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and maintaining filing systems
  • Conduct client intake by interviewing clients and gathering relevant case information
  • Support attorneys with case tracking and project management tasks as needed
  • Communicate with clients and witnesses
  • Prepare case-specific documents, including memoranda and briefs
  • Ensure that case-related documents are well organized and available for review
  • Attend court sessions and record important information
  • Maintain and update case documentation
  • Provide general administrative support to the legal team
Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
