Description

ATSI is seeking a highly organized and detail-focused administrative professional to deliver administrative, analytical, and operations management support to the MX Department, serving as the primary liaison between MX and other Crane organizations. Drive standardization, compliance, and process efficiency across department functions.


Operations & Administrative Oversight
  • Compile, track, and report on execution of department-level plans, initiatives, and business requirements; work with functional areas to resolve issues and reduce administrative burden
  • Provide technical coordination and workflow guidance for operational and administrative support personnel
  • Support department leadership by attending meetings, capturing detailed notes, and facilitating a regular cadence of status meetings, business/organizational meetings, and leadership updates
  • Support the departmental response to DEOCS results, including presentations, response plans, and progress reports
Data, Analytics & Reporting
  • Administer SharePoint and MS Teams sites; build SharePoint lists and other tools to replace legacy tracking processes
  • Coordinate external data calls for the department and lead internal data calls across branch, division, and department levels
  • Maintain operational action trackers and develop dashboards; deliver monthly stoplight reports for staff meetings
  • Use Power BI and enterprise databases to generate management reports and compliance data; interface with data owners to integrate and streamline reporting
  • Conduct regular reviews of departmental rosters and personnel systems of record; cross-reference data to identify discrepancies and coordinate with HR, Security, and division leadership to keep authoritative systems current
Compliance, Readiness & Risk Management
  • Track and report compliance for mandatory requirements (telework, timecards, travel vouchers, DAWIA, CSWF, safety training, etc.).
  • Manage DD577 administrative processes, compliance reviews, routing, and lifecycle tracking.
  • Maintain administrative tracking and status reporting for LER, EEO, OIA, and legal actions to ensure procedural timelines are met
  • Serve as POC for Support Agreements and MOAs, and for administrative processing of long-term TDY, TCS, PCS, and PDS actions
  • Manage NFAAS reporting, serve as Continuity Coordinator, facilitate emergency muster drills, and provide administrative wartime readiness support
  • Provide facility/safety support and serve as POC for Public Works and NAVFAC, using MAXIMO and/or ARCHIBUS to track facility issues
  • Maintain safety postings, rosters, and Official Bulletin Boards; report Safety ESAMs program/code changes; annually update the building Emergency Action Plan and occupants list
  • Track business-related risks and issues in Ops Center, manage risk tools, and develop risk-review agendas and minutes
  • Serve as OPSEC Coordinator, supporting inquiries, inspections, and audits; generate roll-up reports for outstanding mandatory training
Communications, Events & Facility Support
  • Support and lead department all-hands meetings, town halls, and other organized assemblies
  • Manage planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale initiatives such as Connect2Mission and Meet the Mission, including attendee logistics and promotional materials
  • Assist with marketing information for trade shows and work areas; maintain the official Crane bulletin board for the department
  • Serve as department Space/Move Coordinator for Building 3395; use facility management tools to track and roll up move requests and requirements for Infrastructure Division review and Government approval
Quality & Continuous Improvement
  • Provide coordination and support for quality, records, metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Serve in a special project/business analyst capacity, delivering analysis and actionable recommendations to optimize business operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may substitute for the degree requirement
  • 5+ years of experience in DoD administrative, operations, or program support, preferably within a Navy or Crane-affiliated environment
  • Experience supporting compliance, HR-adjacent, or facilities functions in a government contracting environment is a plus

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency with SharePoint, MS Teams, Power BI, and enterprise data/reporting tools
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent trackers, reports, and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with DoD compliance processes (DAWIA, CSWF, EEO/LER procedures, DD577) a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for leadership-level reporting and meeting facilitation
  • Ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance as required by the position
