We are a growing estate planning and legal firm seeking an In-Office Legal Assistant (Commuting distance to Sudbury, MA) to serve as an administrative engine of our office. This is a dynamic, high-growth support role where you’ll start by mastering our physical and digital document workflows, then expand your skills into legal drafting, client management, and facilitating the execution of legal documents.

In this role, you will work independently while directly supporting our Associate Attorney, providing the critical administrative foundation, operational ownership, and exceptional client interaction that allows our entire firm to deliver an outstanding experience.

  • Binder Assembly & Delivery: Create, assemble, inspect, and package high-quality estate planning binders for client delivery.

  • Scanning & Digital Archiving: Scan all executed estate planning documents, properly index files, and strictly maintain our digital file system.

  • Print & Document Prep: Print comprehensive estate plan packages, prepare signing folders, and assemble client intake packets with precision.

  • Deed Processing: Prepare, track, and record real estate deeds with local government registries/land record offices.

  • Client Communications: Serve as a warm, responsive liaison for clients via phone and email.
