LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a respected organization seeking an entry level Immigration Legal Administrative Assistant. This role is ideal for someone interested in the legal field who enjoys detailed technical work and thrives in a structured environment. The position focuses on front end data entry document processing and technology driven workflow tasks rather than direct support to attorneys. Key Responsibilities
• Enter and maintain accurate data within immigration case management systems
• Prepare and organize digital documents based on established templates and instructions
• Upload scan and index files to ensure complete and accurate electronic records
• Review information for completeness consistency and compliance with internal guidelines
• Track case progress and update databases as new information is received
• Generate reports spreadsheets or checklists to support case workflows
• Communicate with team members to clarify missing information or resolve discrepancies
• Monitor shared inboxes and route incoming materials to the correct internal contacts
• Follow detailed processes and quality control standards for all data tasks
• Assist with general administrative duties that support the immigration operations team
Qualifications
• Interest in the legal field with no prior legal experience required
• Strong technical aptitude and comfort working with databases spreadsheets and digital systems
