Job Type: Temp to Hire / W-2
Work Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (flexibility for early or late requests)


Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and customer-focused Legal On-Site Services Specialist to support a law firm account. This role blends hospitality, mailroom, and office services responsibilities, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and maintain conference rooms and kitchen/pantry areas.

  • Coordinate catering for meetings, including pre-packed lunch/breakfast orders, beverages, and supplies.

  • Handle mail, package deliveries, shipping, copying, scanning, and office supply management.

  • Operate and maintain office equipment such as printers, scanners, copiers, and postage machines.

  • Serve as first point of contact for customer teams, ensuring excellent service and communication.

  • Assist with other office support tasks as needed, including filing, document handling, and project coordination.

  • Maintain professional appearance and demeanor, demonstrating strong interpersonal and time management skills.


Required Qualifications
