  • Assist with compliance across franchise, corporate, healthcare, and data privacy regulations
  • Monitor regulatory developments and communicate implications clearly to internal partners
  • Support litigation and dispute matters involving franchisees, including discovery coordination and internal information gathering
  • Assist with maintaining and protecting the company’s trademark portfolio, including filings and renewals

  • Serve as a trusted advisor who balances legal risk with business needs and helps teams move forward with confidence
Key Qualifications
  • Experience supporting legal functions within a franchised, multi-unit, and highly regulated environment
  • Strong foundation in contracts, compliance, and franchise-related matters
  • Ability to translate legal concepts into clear, actionable guidance for non-legal partners
  • Sound judgment with a practical, business-minded approach to risk
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaboration skills and a reputation for responsiveness and follow-through
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: $110k - 130k DOE
  • Medical, Dental, Vision
  • 401k w/company match
