They are responsible for accurately recording information, assessing the urgency and nature of cases, and scheduling consultations with attorneys. This role often requires multitasking between phone calls, emails, and data entry while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Legal Intake team members also collaborate closely with attorneys and support staff, ensuring that every case is properly documented and ready for review. Gaining experience in this position offers valuable insight into law firm operations and can provide a strong foundation for growth into other legal or administrative roles.
