Legal Intake Specialist (Customer Service)
About the Role

Josephson Dunlap, LLP is one of the nation’s leading plaintiffs’ employment law firms. As our firm continues to grow, we’re looking for a Legal Intake Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you'll play a key role in guiding individuals through the initial stages of their legal journey.
This position is ideal for someone with a customer service background who values empathy, communication, accuracy and professionalism.
What You’ll Do:
  • Conduct outbound calls and respond to inbound calls and emails from potential clients.
  • Ability to handle high call volume (minimum of 100 calls/day).
  • Gather detailed information about potential legal claims in a professional and efficient manner
  • Accurately update and maintain client records with detailed notes
  • Follow up consistently and courteously with leads and current clients
  • Help clients understand the required documentation and assist with any questions they may have
  • Collaborate with intake and case management teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
  • Convert leads into clients through clear communication and supportive service
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Compassionate, patient, and professional when working with clients
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and stay organized
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), Adobe, and internet applications
  • Experience with Salesforce or Litify is a plus
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Schedule
In-Person, Full-time, 40 hours per week.
We are currently hiring for one of the following schedules:
  • Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
  • Saturday–Wednesday, 10:00 a.m.–7:00pm
Occasional overtime and weekend availability.
