Compensation: $200,000 base + 1% of net profits billed

The Opportunity

This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of law and technology. As Head of Legal, you'll take ownership of a high-volume personal injury practice while helping scale operations through process optimization and tech-enabled solutions.

You'll play a central role in the firm's aggressive U.S. expansion, leading legal strategy, building systems, and developing a high-performing team. This is an opportunity for a seasoned attorney to step into a leadership seat with real influence over both legal outcomes and business growth.

What You'll Do

Strategic Leadership & Growth

  • Lead and scale a high-volume personal injury legal function

  • Develop and execute legal strategies aligned with rapid firm expansion

  • Drive operational efficiency through process improvement and legal tech adoption

Legal Execution & Case Oversight

  • Oversee complex personal injury and class action cases (including rideshare-related litigation)

  • Ensure high-quality legal output across all matters

  • Maintain strong command over fee structures and billable time management

Team Leadership & Development

  • Manage and mentor a growing team of legal professionals

  • Build a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement

  • Partner with leadership to align legal strategy with business objectives

Technology & Innovation

  • Leverage technology to streamline case management and improve outcomes

  • Identify opportunities to modernize workflows and increase scalability

  • Contribute to the firm's broader mission of transforming legal services

You'd Be a Great Fit If You Have:

  • 6+ years of experience in a high-volume personal injury law firm

  • Proven track record handling personal injury and/or class action cases

  • Experience with large-scale litigation (e.g., Uber, Lyft, or similar cases)

  • Strong understanding of legal billing structures and time management

  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing legal teams

  • Interest in leveraging technology to improve legal operations
