Job description

TRC’s Partner is seeking an AI Solutions Analyst to join their Knowledge Innovation team. This attorney-facing role is ideal for a legal technology professional who is passionate about generative AI, workflow automation, and driving technology adoption within a professional services environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner with attorneys and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-enabled workflow improvements and automation.

  • Design, build, test, and deploy AI-powered solutions supporting document review, contract analysis, legal research, due diligence, and related workflows.

  • Translate business requirements into practical AI workflows, copilots, and automation solutions.

  • Serve as a liaison between technical teams and end users, ensuring solutions align with business needs and capabilities.

  • Monitor, optimize, and maintain AI workflows while developing reusable templates and best practices.

  • Deliver training, documentation, and ongoing support to promote user adoption and success.

  • Track user feedback, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party technology partners to support implementation and enhancement efforts.

  • Ensure solutions align with organizational policies, data privacy requirements, and ethical standards.

  • Stay informed on emerging AI technologies and recommend innovations that enhance productivity and service delivery.

What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • 3+ years of experience in legal technology, AI workflow design, legal operations, professional services technology, or a related field.

  • Experience with prompt engineering, AI-powered business solutions, product support, business analysis, or workflow automation.

  • Familiarity with generative AI concepts such as large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), copilots, or agentic AI.

  • Experience supporting or implementing AI-driven solutions within a professional services, consulting, or legal environment.

  • Exposure to low-code/no-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or similar technologies.

  • Basic scripting or Python skills preferred; API knowledge is a plus.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive adoption of new technologies.

  • Experience working collaboratively across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Growth-oriented mindset with a passion for emerging technology and process improvement.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced education, certifications, or professional credentials related to legal studies, legal operations, technology, business analysis, or AI.

  • Experience working in a law firm, legal department, professional services organization, or legal technology company.

  • Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
