Job description

Lin Law Group is seeking a full-time Civil Trial Litigation Associate to join our firm. The practice is primarily divided among business and contract litigation, family law litigation, and personal injury matters. The ideal candidate must be capable of independently managing cases through trial with minimal or no supervision. Attorneys with substantial civil litigation and trial experience will be given priority consideration.

The associate will be responsible for court appearances; conducting negotiations, depositions, arbitrations, and trials; providing strategic legal analysis and client advisement; and drafting legal documents at all stages of litigation, including discovery and trial. The position requires the ability to manage a monthly caseload efficiently while ensuring all matters progress in compliance with court deadlines.

Qualified candidates must be actively licensed in Nevada and possess a minimum of four years of trial experience in civil litigation and/or personal injury cases. Strong experience with motions practice, discovery, depositions, trial preparation, and courtroom litigation is required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent negotiation skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, solid legal research skills, knowledge of Nevada state and federal court rules, technological proficiency, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume litigation environment. A strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to deadlines are essential.
