Associate Attorney โ€“ Civil Litigation (Wilmington, NC)

A respected civil litigation firm is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with 2โ€“4 years of experience to join its Wilmington office. This is a great opportunity for an attorney who thrives in a collaborative environment and values meaningful client relationships.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will handle a broad range of civil litigation matters, working closely with experienced attorneys on complex cases in both state and federal court. Youโ€™ll be part of a team that values professional growth, teamwork, and quality advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and briefs
