Lawyers on Demand, a Consilio Company, is partnering with a prominent national law firm to identify a skilled Litigation E-Discovery Attorney for a remote, contract position. Start Date: Early June Duration: 3-6 months Location: Remote Hours: Full time - 40/week Pay Rate: $45-55 Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement document review protocols and workflows Draft, revise, and finalize witness summaries and deposition preparation materials Contribute strategically to litigation defense efforts Engage in case strategy, discovery planning, document review, and witness interviews, with a focus on e-discovery Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in litigation e-discovery Proficient in all stages of electronic discovery and document production Skilled in deploying analytics and predictive coding tools across review platforms Expertise in privilege log creation and automated redaction workflows Strong legal writing and communication skills Active law license in Texas or Florida This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys seeking advanced experience in litigation e-discovery within a collaborative, high-level legal team.
