We are seeking an experienced Lemon Law Case Manager to join our growing legal team. This full-time, in-person position is ideal for candidates with California Lemon Law (Song-Beverly Act) or related legal case management experience who thrive in a fast-paced law firm environment.
This role focuses on managing Lemon Law and consumer warranty cases from intake through settlement or litigation handoff, with an emphasis on compliance, organization, and exceptional client service.
Salary Range: $25 โ€“ $30 per hour (DOE)
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage California Lemon Law cases from intake through settlement or litigation referral
  • Serve as the primary client liaison, providing regular case updates and education
  • Review and organize vehicle purchase agreements, warranties, repair orders, and service records
  • Track statutory deadlines, mileage thresholds, and repair attempt requirements under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act
  • Prepare Lemon Law demand packages, notices, and supporting documentation
  • Communicate with vehicle manufacturers, dealerships, defense counsel, and third parties
  • Coordinate inspections, expert evaluations, mediations, and hearings
  • Maintain accurate records in the firmโ€™s legal case management system
  • Collaborate with attorneys and operations teams to ensure case readiness and valuation accuracy
  • Identify case risks, deficiencies, or compliance issues and escalate as neededย 
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of Lemon Law, consumer protection, or legal case management experience
