LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a respected law firm to hire a Corporate Legal Assistant to support attorneys in their corporate and transactional practice group. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional with strong administrative skills and experience in corporate law, entity management, and business filings.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced legal environment. This hybrid role offers a mix of remote flexibility and in-office collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and legal support to corporate attorneys including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation
  • Draft, format, and proofread legal documents such as corporate resolutions, agreements, and correspondence
  • Assist with entity formation, maintenance, and dissolution across multiple jurisdictions
  • Coordinate filings with state agencies and regulatory bodies
  • Maintain and organize corporate records, minute books, and transaction materials
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal departments to support legal operations
  • Support attorneys with billing, time entry, and expense tracking
Required Qualifications
  • Prior experience as a legal assistant in a law firm supporting corporate attorneys
  • Strong understanding of corporate law terminology and procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Benefits:
