| WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for an enthusiastic and commercially minded Legal Intern to support our in-house legal team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain direct exposure to the day-to-day operations of a corporate legal function, working across commercial law, contract review, and marketing compliance. You will work alongside experienced in-house counsel on real business matters in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
| WHAT YOU GET TO DO
Commercial Law
  • Support the legal team on a range of commercial matters including vendor relationships, procurement, and business partnerships
  • Research applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards relevant to the company's commercial activities
  • Assist with preparing legal summaries, memos, and risk assessments for internal stakeholders
  • Help maintain and update internal legal trackers, playbooks, and precedent libraries
Contract Review
  • Review and redline a variety of commercial contracts including NDAs, MSAs, General T&Cs for Production Parts, and supplier contracts
  • Identify key legal risks and flag non-standard terms for review by senior counsel
  • Support the drafting of contract templates and standard form agreements
  • Assist with contract management processes, ensuring documents are properly executed and stored
Marketing Material Review
  • Review advertising copy, promotional materials, social media content, and campaign assets for legal and regulatory compliance
  • Identify potential issues related to consumer protection, intellectual property, data privacy, and industry-specific regulations
  • Liaise with the marketing team to provide pragmatic, business-friendly legal guidance
  • Help maintain a review checklist and approval workflow for marketing sign-off

| WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
  • Currently enrolled in a JD or LLB program (2L/3L preferred) or a recent law graduate
  • Must be graduating between August 2026 and May 2029.
  • Must be able to work full-time (40 hours per week).
  • Must have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA.
  • Strong academic record with a genuine interest in commercial and in-house legal work
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to explain legal concepts clearly to non-lawyers
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic business environment
