Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 9:30 AM – 1:00 PM (flexibility may be available)

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Part-Time Legal Assistant to join our growing legal team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has prior experience working in a law firm setting. Experience in personal injury law is strongly preferred.

The Legal Assistant will serve as a key point of contact for clients, assisting with intake, answering questions, gathering information, and supporting attorneys with administrative and case-related tasks. This is an onsite position that offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative team that embraces innovative legal technology and AI-driven processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist current and prospective clients by gathering information and addressing routine inquiries
  • Welcome and assist walk-in clients
  • Support attorneys and staff with administrative and case management tasks
  • Review and organize client information and documentation
  • Maintain accurate records and client files
