Job description

Deberes y responsabilidades esenciales:
  • Envio de polizas, renovaciones, transacciones y/o facturas para envio a productores, asegurados y/o bancos.
  • Realiza funciones administrativas y clericales tales como; fotocopiar crear y mantener un sistema de archivo para los documentos procedimientos, extraer y archivar documentos fisicos o electronicos.
  • Apoya en otras areas de Back Office segun sea necesario.
  • Participa en proyectos y/o tareas especiales, tareas especiales, segun solicitado.

Requisitos principales:
  • Grado Asociado en Administracion de Empresas
  • Minimo de 2 anos de experiencia en servicio al cliente
  • Conocimiento preferible servicios financieros y bancarios, anualidades, seguros variables y mercado de valores
  • Dominio de espanol e ingles (oral y escrito)
  • Excelente manejo de sistemas como Word, Excel y PowerPoint
  • Excelentes destrezas interpersonales, organizacion y resolucion de conflictos
  • Vacante temporera
