  • Preferiblemente tienes la certificación de Occupancy Specialist (no imprescindible).
  • Tienes dominio intermedio oral y escrito de inglés y español.
  • Manejas programas de Office y Windows.
  • Tienes habilidades matemáticas básicas (suma, resta, multiplicación, división, por ciento).
  • Posees excelentes destrezas interpersonales y de servicio al cliente.
  • Eres capaz de cumplir con fechas límites y trabajar bajo presión.
  • Tienes experiencia administrativa y clerical.
  • Puedes trabajar individualmente y como parte de un equipo.
  • Estás disponible para laborar horas extras, fines de semana y en diferentes localidades del área metro y Caguas.
