What does a legal assistant scheduler do?

A Legal Assistant Scheduler is responsible for coordinating and managing the schedules of attorneys, clients, witnesses, and court dates within a law firm or legal department. Their duties include setting appointments, managing calendars, confirming deadlines, and ensuring all parties are informed of any changes. They play a crucial role in maintaining organization and efficiency in legal proceedings by preventing scheduling conflicts and keeping everyone on track.
