Litigation Case Manager/Paralegal
Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C., a prominent plaintiff's personal injury law firm based in Teaneck, New Jersey, is seeking an experienced Plaintiff Litigation Case Manager (Paralegal) to join their expanding team in the office. The ideal candidate must possess three to ten years of litigation experience. Previous litigation and plaintiff personal injury experience are required

Responsibilities
Including, but not limited to:
• Handling all aspects of personal injury files from filing the complaint until the conclusion of the case;
• Maintaining frequent and compassionate communication with clients regarding case status, treatment progress, and legal steps;
• Drafting correspondence, pleadings, discovery responses and settlement demands;
• Coordinating with medical providers to obtain and summarize records and bills;
• Preparing cases for arbitration, mediation and trial as necessary;
• Tracking deadlines and managing attorney calendars to ensure timely filings and appearances.
