Comp Package Salary $60K - $67K Annually - Salary will be commensurate with experience.


Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Legal Assistant/Paralegal for a full-time, on-site position in Hackensack, NJ. The Legal Assistant/Paralegal will support attorneys by preparing legal documents, helping with discovery demands, reviewing and analyzing documentation, maintaining case files, e-filing with the Courts and scheduling. The role demands exceptional organizational and communication skills to assist with case preparation and client coordination effectively.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Expertise in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
  • Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Previous experience as a legal assistant/paralegal or in a legal setting is highly advantageous
  • Ability to work productively and cooperatively with all levels of staff
