If you have no experience, you typically undergo a training period where you work directly under more experienced personnel until you become proficient in your responsibilities. To thrive as a Legal Assistant with no experience, you need strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a high school diploma or equivalent; some roles may prefer candidates with coursework or certificates in legal studies.
