PAY RANGE: $20-$21/hr

Lexitas is seeking a client-focused and detail-oriented Account Manager. This role is vital in delivering a premium client experience to attorneys and legal teams. You will act as a trusted liaison, managing sensitive medical records and ensuring accurate, timely communication with clients. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Provide bi-weekly status updates and proactive outreach on open cases
  • Respond to client inquiries within the same business day, resolving issues promptly and accurately
  • Verify and process medical records in compliance with HIPAA and all legal standards
  • Collaborate with legal and medical offices to gather and communicate essential case information
  • Troubleshoot client concerns and document outcomes to ensure first-contact resolution
  • Safeguard confidential client information and escalate critical feedback to leadership
  • Support internal staff with accurate, up-to-date record management
