What You'll Do

As a Sous Chef, you will assist our Culinary Director in helping to ensure that every meal served meets our high standards for quality, taste, and presentation. You'll:

  • Prepare meals according to standardized recipes and menus
  • Coordinate meal prep and serving times
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen
  • Follow all food safety and infection control guidelines
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team and Director to deliver an exceptional dining experience
