YOUR ROLE
You consistently greet residents with professionalism and warmth, listen carefully when taking food orders, and ensure each plate is delivered correctly and respectfully. You stay engaged with residents, learn their preferences, and help create an inviting dining atmosphere. You maintain clean, organized spaces while working side by side with kitchen and dining team members, contributing to smooth service and positive experiences that residents look forward to each day.
