What you'll do:

As a Banking Operations / Product Design Analyst you will be oversee a full range of activities to ensure the operational effectiveness and accurate data collection within banking systems and processes. You will provide expertise to lead initiatives focused on reimagining operational processes by designing technical solutions that support internal business units. Working with cross-operational teams, you will develop a deep understanding of current and future processes, create intuitive user-friendly designs, and manage these solutions through development, testing and delivery.
Key responsibilities include project management and collaborating with stakeholders to develop effective process solutions and business requirements. In this role, you must think critically, demonstrate independent resourcefulness, take ownership, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
  • Designproducts and features,enhanceuser experience, andensuredataavailabilityto improvebankingprocesses.

  • Collaborate closely with development teams throughout the Bank to design and integrate processesspanningmultiplesystems.

  • Manageteampriorities, individualprojects,iterative improvements,andtech-debt.

  • Workwith teamsandmanagers to developdata driven solution designs, whiledocumentingprocess improvementneeds.

  • Summarize, track, train and communicate updates and changes to the end users.

  • Assist inanalyzing,resolving,and correcting designorsolution issues while communicating impactsand timelinesto affected users.

  • Facilitate project planning,develop businessandreporting requirements, and conduct application testing to ensure a successful application deployment

What you'll need:

  • 12+ yearsin consulting, banking, commercial lending,datamanagement, process improvement or system design.

  • 4-year degree from an accredited universityor equivalentdirect experience inapplication development.

  • Strongpassion for understanding user behavior and translating insights into actionablesystemdesign improvements.

  • Experience in data analytics, business intelligence,data science,PowerBI, andSQL.

  • Recent experience and working knowledge ofcommercialbanking, loan,depositand creditoperations.

  • Experience in project management methodologies, and abilityto prioritize multiple projects and objectives in a rapidly changing environment.

  • Highlyorganized anddetail-oriented,withexcellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proficient inMicrosoft OfficeSuite,Visio/Lucid,andADO.

  • Flexible,resourcefulteam playerwith a"get-it-done"attitudecapable ofthrivingin fast-paced environments.
