About the Role:
As a CBRE Energy & LEED Analyst, you will assist in supporting the implementation of energy initiatives for a large site, region, or account. This job is part of the Energy and Sustainability function, responsible for the development and implementation of environmental and social sustainability programs.

What You'll Do:
- Identify cost savings opportunities and budgets for utilities. Coordinate energy procurement and energy-related projects on behalf of client accounts.
- Prepare complex monthly variance and energy service status reports. Monitor and report on energy use, bill gap reporting, and spending trends.
- Maintain, review, and evaluate utility bill data. Track and update utility contracts as directed.
- Understand and utilize the engagement process for procurement.
- Provide advanced energy and sustainability-related input to preventative maintenance and engineering procedures.
- Develop site energy profiles and maintain all support documentation.
- Assist with site surveys and energy plans at other accounts as directed.
- Participate in site inspections, surveys, and reporting.
- Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.
- Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement.
- Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.
- Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
- Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.

What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- LEED Certification is desired.
- Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
- Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
- Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard and slightly complex problems.
- Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
- Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr. Energy Analyst role is $70,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Sr. Energy Analyst position is $85,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
