This is a C2H role and can convert to employee in 6 months- Must have GC/USC
12+ years Salesforce experience, with at least 6 years in an architect/lead capacity.
Deep understanding of Salesforce core modules, LWC, Apex, APIs, and Event Monitoring.
Salesforce certifications: Application Architect, System Architect, CTA (for Architects), PD2/Platform Dev (for Leads).

Experience with Agile@Scale, SAFE, or hybrid Agile-Waterfall environments.
Exposure to multi-region deployment, multi-language, and compliance-heavy industries.
