Job description

A Leavitt Group affiliate, Leavitt Select in Rexburg, ID, is seeking a Processor to join its busy Crop & Agriculture Department. This role is responsible for processing insurance policies and requires strong computer skills and prior customer service experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Accurately maintain customer information in the agency management system.
  • Communicate with customers and company personnel by phone, in person, and through written correspondence.
  • Issue appropriate insurance verification documents, including auto ID cards, certificates, and related materials.
  • Assist with premium collection and account reconciliation as needed.
  • Support the Operations Manager with monthly reports as needed.
  • Provide product, coverage, and rate information to agency personnel as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
  • Property & Casualty license preferred, or willingness to obtain a license within 90 days.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong clerical and computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
