Job description

Stanley Steemer is a fun, hands-on, team-oriented company. We are hiring a variety of technicians and looking for motivated individuals to join our team!
Our Cleaning Technicians complete quality cleaning services for our customers, while providing client satisfaction. We value hard work, therefore, upon completion of training, you are eligible for commission on additional sales/services on top of base pay.
Our Air Duct Technicians provide quality air duct / HVAC cleaning and related services to customers. You will be assisting the Air Duct Manager and co-workers in completing jobs safely through effective communication and following NADCA (National Air Duct Cleaning Association) Standards. We value hard work, therefore, upon completion of training, you are eligible for commission on additional sales/services on top of base pay.
Our Water Restoration Technicians provide exceptional emergency water services to our customers while following company policies, procedures, and training. You will be assisting the Lead Water Technician by extracting water, preforming demolitions, and light construction tasks safely through effective communication and following Stanley Steemer's Policy and IICRC Standard.
Our average technician is making $18.29 - 25 per hour.
We provide in-depth training to foster stability and a variety of roles that provide a path for career advancement. These are field-based positions and require travel in and around the surrounding area.

Our technicians are paid an hourly rate of $18.29. Upon completion of a 3--5-week training period, lead technicians will be eligible to make commission on any additional sales/services. Our average technician is making $18.29 - 25 per hour.
