We're seeking a strategic, data-driven leader who can balance brand building with demand generation, leverage emerging technologies, and inspire a high-performing team to deliver measurable business results.

What You'll Do
As Leatherman's Growth Marketing Manager, you'll lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of demand generation and brand-building initiatives across key paid, owned, and earned channels.
You'll own the Growth Marketing function and help drive the volume, quality, efficiency, and intent of demand entering the business while strengthening Leatherman's position as the most useful brand in the world.
Lead Growth & Demand Generation
  • Develop and execute multi-channel growth marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and long-term brand growth
  • Own demand generation across social media, performance media, SEO/SEM, affiliate marketing, influencer programs, and emerging channels
  • Balance short-term performance goals with long-term brand-building initiatives
  • Identify new opportunities to expand reach, strengthen relevance, and accelerate growth

Champion AI & Innovation
  • Lead an AI-forward marketing strategy that leverages automation, personalization, predictive analytics, and emerging technologies
  • Evaluate, test, and operationalize AI-powered marketing tools that improve efficiency, targeting, and customer experiences
  • Drive experimentation and innovation to create competitive advantage and measurable business impact

Lead High-Impact Campaigns

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, social media, digital marketing, or integrated marketing
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams or leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong expertise across growth channels including social media, paid media, SEO/SEM, influencer marketing, and performance marketing
  • Experience building and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable business growth
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions and optimize performance
  • Ability to translate strategy into execution and deliver measurable results
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
