Leather Craftsman / Apprentice Job Summary

As a Leather Craftsman / Apprentice at Circle-Y, you will be trained to contribute to our production process, learning essential skills in leatherworking and assembly under the guidance of experienced artisans. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while producing high-quality leather goods.

Leather Craftsman / Apprentice Responsibilities

Assist in the assembly of various leather components, including panels, straps, pockets, and linings.

Learn and follow assembly instructions and specifications provided by supervisors.

Perform basic leatherworking tasks such as cutting, stitching, and gluing.

Inspect leather components for defects and ensure quality standards.
