Apartment Leasing Professional
Essential Staffing Solutions (ESS) is seeking seasoned Apartment Leasing Professionals with verified multifamily leasing experience. This opportunity is exclusively for candidates with prior apartment leasing backgrounds who are interested in temporary or temp-to-hire assignments within professionally managed apartment communities.
This role is ideal for confident, customer-focused leasing professionals who can step in immediately and add value in a fast-paced, resident-driven environment.
Job Duties
  • Conduct property tours and effectively communicate the features and benefits of the community
  • Guide prospective residents through the application and leasing process
  • Process lease agreements, renewals, and move-in documentation
  • Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Accurately handle deposits and rent payments
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with leasing reports
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of apartment leasing experience (on-site multifamily required)
  • Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
