Job description

Looking to further develop your analytical and people skills in the real estate industry? Experienced in real estate Asset Management and looking to grow? Then this could be the job for YOU!! CA based real estate investment management firm is looking to add to their team. Position will be responsible for overseeing multiple assets throughout the western US. Company provides a great team environment, amazing benefits, 401K company contributions, and opportunities to participate in employee ownership of the firm! This position will manage acquisition/disposition and leasing activities for the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with Property Managers and Brokers
  • Overseeing Leasing and working with brokers to negotiate leases
  • Generating lease analysis reports
  • Working through lease revisions and administration
  • Preparing LOI and other agreements
  • Communicating with Construction team for TI projects
  • Ensuring properties are managed on the determined budgets and understanding any variances for the portfolio
  • Sourcing potential acquisitions and reviewing potential dispositions
  • Preparing due diligence for transactions
  • Managing transactions compliance
  • Preparing financial models to analyze potential acquisitions
  • Reviewing current market and gathering data on market rates
  • Generating company portfolio financial reports
  • Traveling to current and prospective properties


Special Skills:

  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and provide guidance to a team


Must have:

  • 5+ years in commercial real estate asset management
  • BA desired
  • CA Real Estate License (Broker License Preferred)
  • MS Office - advanced
  • Yardi and Argus - highly desired
