How much do leasing direct agents make in the US?

Leasing direct agents in the US typically earn an average annual salary ranging from $35,000 to $50,000, depending on experience, location, and the company. Many roles also include commissions or bonuses based on leasing performance, which can increase total earnings.

How to become a remote leasing direct?

To become a remote leasing direct, candidates typically need experience in leasing or property management, strong communication skills, and familiarity with leasing software. Many roles require a high school diploma or equivalent, with some employers preferring relevant certifications or training. A reliable internet connection and self-motivation are essential for remote work in this position.

Is it hard to be a leasing direct?

Being a leasing director involves managing leasing operations, coordinating with tenants and property managers, and often requires strong communication, organizational, and sales skills. The role can be demanding due to deadlines, customer interactions, and the need for industry knowledge, but it is generally accessible with relevant experience and training. Certification in property management or real estate can also be beneficial.
