A Leasing Coordinator is responsible for managing the administrative and communication tasks involved in leasing properties. This includes coordinating property showings, processing applications, preparing lease agreements, and acting as a liaison between property owners, tenants, and property managers. They ensure that all leasing documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations, and help streamline the move-in and move-out process. How does a Leasing Coordinator typically collaborate with property managers and leasing agents on a daily basis?

Leasing Coordinators work closely with property managers and leasing agents by acting as a central point of communication for prospective tenants, scheduling property tours, processing applications, and ensuring all required documentation is completed.
