Salary: $40,000 per year + commission
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and personable Leasing Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for showing residential and/or commercial properties, assisting prospective tenants, and managing the leasing process from application to move-in. You will play a key role in creating a positive tenant experience while achieving leasing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and tour prospective tenants through available properties.
  • Explain leasing terms, policies, and procedures to prospective tenants.
  • Process rental applications, background checks, and lease agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospective tenant interactions.
  • Follow up with prospects and ensure high occupancy rates.
  • Collaborate with property management to address tenant concerns and property issues.
  • Achieve leasing targets and contribute to overall property success.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in leasing, real estate, or customer service is a plus.
