Your primary objective will be to effectively market available units, convert leads into leases, and provide exceptional customer service to prospective tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting property tours for prospective tenants, highlighting key features and benefits to meet their needs.
  • Utilizing sales techniques to effectively communicate the value proposition of the property and overcome objections.
  • Responding promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person visits, and nurturing leads throughout the leasing process.
  • Qualifying prospective tenants by understanding their preferences, financial capabilities, and urgency to move.
  • Utilizing CRM software or leasing platforms to track and manage leads, follow-ups, and lease negotiations.
  • Negotiating lease terms and rental agreements in accordance with company policies and legal requirements, while maximizing revenue opportunities.
  • Providing exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process, addressing tenant concerns or questions with professionalism and efficiency.
