Position Summary:

The Senior Marketing Strategist develops and executes end-to-end, data-driven marketing strategies that align customer experiences with business objectives. The Senior Marketing Strategist partners with Product, Sales, Digital Experience, Compliance, IT, Stellantis dealers, and agencies to ensure strategic alignment and technical feasibility. This role leads segmentation, and personalized omni-channel campaign execution across digital, traditional, and marketing automation platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and optimize end-to-end lifecycle strategies using data and business KPIs
  • Implement incentive offer strategies in conjunction with manufacturers (OEMs)
  • Build, manage and execute integrated campaigns across digital channels and traditional (Direct Mail), and automated channels (Email, SMS, In-App) via Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Partner with Business leaders, Sales, Compliance, and IT to define target audiences and ensure campaign technical feasibility
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to refine messaging, CTAs, and channel mix. Lead optimization roadmaps to improve ROI and KPIs
  • Analyze campaign data and performance dashboards. Translate insights into executive-level presentations for senior management
  • Maintain relationships with brand partners and external agencies to ensure messaging consistency

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Marketing Strategist, Marketing Manager, or similar role with demonstrated responsibility for developing and executing data-driven, customer-centric marketing strategies across multiple channels
  • Proven experience in a highly regulated environment (Automotive Finance, Financial Services, or Insurance preferred) with knowledge of auto loans and lease maturity
  • Proficient using CRM platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), digital marketing analytics and expertise in Figma for creation of presentations and mapping out the customer journey
  • Demonstrated track record of owning campaigns across email, direct mail and digital platforms that drive measurable growth
  • Experience designing and executing multivariate optimization of roadmaps
  • Certified in Google SEO and Email Marketing

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Overtime required

Travel: 0-10% as required on an as needed basis

Preferred:

  • Deep understanding of how CRM, marketing automation (SFMC), and data platforms integrate to trigger real-time, behavior-based customer communications
  • Ability to design and implement integrated strategies across the four pillars of the customer journey: Acquisition, Onboarding, Engagement, and Retention. Must demonstrate a track record of transforming disparate touchpoints into a unified brand experience
  • Experience leading marketing initiatives using Agile methodologies to plan, manage and execute
  • Experience leveraging qualitative and quantitative customer research tools (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Maze, UXtweak) to inform journey design, messaging, and optimization decisions
