Lease End Specialist

Location: Irving, TX

Position Type: Contract-to-Hire

Contract Duration: 6 Months

Overview

We are seeking professional, customer-focused individuals to join our Lease Maturity Center (LMC) team as a Lease End Specialist. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and building relationships in a fast-paced, professional environment.

As a Lease End Specialist, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers approaching the end of their vehicle lease, helping them understand their options and ensuring a seamless lease-end experience.


Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Educate customers on lease-end options and available solutions
  • Verify customer intentions regarding lease returns, purchases, or extensions
  • Contact dealerships to confirm lease returns and balloon payments
  • Provide payoff quotes to customers, dealerships, and insurance companies
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer and dealer inquiries
  • Resolve issues and answer questions with professionalism and accuracy
  • Maintain detailed account documentation and follow-up records
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies and procedures

QualificationsRequired
  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 3+ years of professional work experience
  • Experience in customer service, account management, finance, banking, retail, hospitality, or call center environments

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $23.50/hr.
