What You'll Do
As the Leasing Manager, you will lead leasing efforts and help drive occupancy, resident satisfaction, and revenue performance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals
  • Tour prospective residents and professionally close leases
  • Manage lease renewals and resident retention efforts
  • Maintain model apartments, amenities, and tour paths to company standards
  • Follow up with leads and respond to prospects in a timely, professional manner
  • Process applications, screenings, lease paperwork, and resident files accurately
  • Assist with outreach marketing, resident events, and social media engagement
  • Monitor leasing traffic and maintain accurate reports in property management software
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies

Qualifications
Required:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous apartment leasing experience required
  • Strong sales, closing, and customer service skills
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Saturday availability required

Preferred:
  • Experience with Entrata or similar property management software
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Social media experience (Facebook, Instagram, online marketing)

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to walk apartment communities, tour grounds, and climb stairs
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed
